Sometimes we end up in a situation we don't want to be in. Whether its a curb strike or contact with a competitor, it is important to protect your knees from impacting the hardware that holds the steering column. These covers are sold as a pair and are available with or without SFI approved impact absorbing high density foam.  Note that most drivers won't "rest" on these covers so the foam is high density to protect in an impact, not to be comfortable.

They attach with 3M Dual Lock snap-hook fasteners so they can be easily removed for adjustments.  For those preferring a more permanent install a small drop of cyanoacrylate adhesive on the snap-hook will lock the fastener.

Note we also offer permanently attached knee pads for the outside of the cockpit, which are lined with a medium density foam so you can lean your knee against it comfortable all race while also doubling as outer knee protection.
